Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service govern the rights, duties, and responsibilities between the Company and users regarding the use of the AI assistant cloud hosting service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by EasyClaw (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").

Article 2 (Definitions)

  • "Service" refers to the Open WebUI-based AI assistant cloud hosting service provided by the Company.
  • "User" refers to a person who uses the Service provided by the Company under these Terms.
  • "Subscription" refers to the acquisition of service usage rights by paying fees on a monthly or annual basis.
  • "Bot" refers to an AI assistant instance created by the user through the Service.

Article 3 (Effectiveness and Modification)

  • These Terms apply to all users who wish to use the Service.
  • The Company may modify these Terms within the scope of applicable laws when necessary.
  • When the Terms are modified, the Company will post the changes on the service notice board 7 days before implementation.

Article 4 (Service Content)

The services provided by the Company are as follows:

  • Cloud hosting of Open WebUI-based AI assistants
  • Integration with messaging channels such as KakaoTalk, Telegram, Discord
  • Connection and management of AI models (Claude, GPT, Gemini, etc.)
  • Bot settings and dashboard provision
  • Other services determined by the Company

Article 5 (Formation of Service Agreement)

  • The service agreement is formed when the user agrees to the Terms, completes registration, and the Company accepts it.
  • The Company may not accept service applications in the following cases:
    • When not using a real name or using another person's name
    • When providing false information or omitting required information
    • When other application requirements are not met

Article 6 (Fees and Payment)

  • Service fees are based on the pricing plans set by the Company.
  • Users are automatically charged monthly or annually during the subscription period.
  • Refunds after payment follow applicable laws and the Company's refund policy.
  • Free plan users may have limited access to some features and capacity.

Article 7 (User Obligations)

Users must not engage in the following activities:

  • Misusing others' information
  • Creating or distributing illegal content using the Service
  • Interfering with the stable operation of the Service
  • Infringing on the Company's intellectual property rights
  • Other activities that violate applicable laws

Article 8 (Service Restrictions)

  • The Company may restrict service use if a user violates these Terms or interferes with normal service operation.
  • When restricting service use, the Company will notify the user of the reason and restriction period.

Article 9 (Service Changes and Suspension)

  • The Company may change all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons.
  • The Company will give 7 days' notice before service changes. However, in urgent cases, notice may be given afterward.
  • For free services, the Company may change or suspend the service without prior notice.

Article 10 (Disclaimer)

  • The Company is exempt from liability when unable to provide the Service due to force majeure such as natural disasters, war, or service suspension by telecommunications providers.
  • The Company is not liable for service interruptions due to user's own fault.
  • The Company is not responsible for the content generated by users through the Service.
  • The Company does not guarantee the accuracy or legality of AI model responses.

Article 11 (Intellectual Property)

  • All intellectual property rights to content, design, and software included in the Service belong to the Company.
  • Rights to content created by users through the Service belong to the users.

Article 12 (Dispute Resolution)

  • Disputes related to these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
  • In case of disputes related to service use, the court having jurisdiction over the Company's headquarters shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Addendum

These Terms of Service are effective from January 1, 2024.
